Perfect addition.
Breakfast and buffet lunch are wonderfully prepared with excellent selections. Eggs benedict is among the best in the Treasure Coast. Buffet luncheon is a bargain @$10.99 lots of choices with fresh salads entrees and homemade desserts.
The atmosphere outdoors is wonderful during any season. One of best buffets I have ever been to. We have brought all our visiting family and friends to enjoy this restaurant and it is consistently good.
What a disappointing Thanksgiving experience. Do not go here for fine dining. I ordered the prime rib and my wife ordered the salmon. We specifically ordered from the menu because we didn’t want the buffet that had likely been standing out all day. Both of our scalloped Potatoes were ice cold. When we complained to the waitress there was not apology or offer of hot or fresh potatoes. When I complained to the manager he was also indifferent, saying it was just made. They must have just slopped it on from the cold buffet. It is unfortunate that I voiced my grievances to management and they simply do not care. The customer is just a number there. We should have gone to Tides. Much higher quality and much friendlier customer service at Tides.
The Pearl is our favorite restaurant. We eat their lunch buffet at least twice a week. They have the best food, for the best price, with the best atmosphere and service too. Everything is prepared fresh by chefs. Our family ate dinner here for Christmas eve and we all enjoyed it. I have alot of food intolerances but there’s plenty to eat for me at the lunch buffet - always a fish dish, salads, vegetables, soups and fresh fruit. For everyone else there’s quite a selection of all kinds of meats hand-carved, always a chicken dish, Belgian waffles, homemade breads, and desserts. You won’t be disappointed eating here, you’ll be looking forward to coming back again.
we started out in the bar and then made our way into the dining room. very awkward layout, but we gestured (politely) to get some assistance and were completely ignored by the manager. he went up to the front and stood there rearranging papers or something. my parents were with us and they are in their mid 80s, so not such a good idea to have them careening through the dining room! i walked up to the fellow and asked where we were seated (we had reservations) and he complained that we were late for the reservations (no big deal here as the restaurant not busy!) and i explained we had been in their bar. while my husband was guiding the old folks to the table a waitress spun around and crashed into him spilling beer all over his jacket - did not apologize!
but, better crashing into him than knocking down old people.
our waiter was good, the food fine but i will not return. i found the manager and other staff person not very professional. not only no apology - but no offer to find him something to clean up with. he had to grab a napkin off of one of the empty tables. strange place!
I went to this restaurant with 2 friends. Of the three entrees only one was good. Food was served lukewarm and service was NOT friendly or particularly good.
What can I say, the place is great, the food is great, and the staff is great. I have been there countless times and I recommend it to everyone I know from Vero to Melbourne. Everyone I recommended that has been there (and that is alot of people) said nothing but good things. The buffet is my favorite. One of the best deals in town.
You have not been to Vero until you have been to the Pearl!
I have become a frequent Diner at Pearl over the last few months and would like to share some of my experiences. Although I appreciate the Recession Relief Menu (Paella the best I have ever had) it’s the variety and consistency thats amazing to me. Last night I Dined with a group of 6. At the same time a large group, 150 people if I had to guess, was on the Patio. My guests were afraid that we would never get our food. Not only did we get it in a timely manner but the dishes were hot and the food was awesome. Great food, wonderful service. Thanks Pearl
I was insulted by the condescending attitude of the host. I did not have a reservation but the place was about half full and I was told that I was “lucky they had one table left” thogh several other tables remained empty while the 3 of us dined. The food was passable, though not great, and at the high end of pricing. I was not comfortable or made to feel welcome and will not go back. Not recommended.
Not recommended for fine dining. As others have commented , the buffet may be all you can eat , but it sits out all day. Very unappetizing if you are planning to dine after five pm. Awkward layout as well. If you’re sitting in the main dining room , buffet food is set up two rooms away. Tough for the elderly. There are better options in Vero. No bargain either.

Sunday buffet was excellent,Prime Rib was out
of this world. All the Cusine and Service was
5 star.Yes I will go back.
lunch buffet is good if arrive when it starts, not always replenished, food sits out not always fresh, have asked to bring out more pizza or dessert, it usually doesn’t come out. There is a good crowd, hard to get service, drink refills, pick up plates. Love the pizza when it is fresh and the desserts are good.
My family and I went to the P.E.A.R.L restaurant for Christmas dinner. We mentioned to the waiter that I was a vegetarian after noticing there was not a vegetarian option on the menu. He asked us to check out the buffet and said he would speak to the Chef about what he could prepare for me. There was only salad and potatoes at the buffet so I asked the waiter if the chef could prepare a vegetarian dish and even suggested that I would be fine with a plain veggie pasta dish. The chef informed our waiter that he could not prepare a vegetarian dish and to eat what was available at the buffet. My family had just ordered a round of cocktails and we’re prepared to spend a lot of money on a lovely Christmas dinner. We were highly insulted by the chef and as such left for a more accommodating restaurant that at least had one vegetarian option on their menu. It was very rude of the Chef to expect the rest of my family to enjoy a wonderful dinner as I sat there and ate potatoes and salad. Merry Christmas to him too…
