Good Simple Sushi

Best I’ve found in the area! Authentic and consistant.
Although very basic and squeezed for room, this used to be my favorite sushi restaurant. However,the last few times I visited, I found the prices higher, portions smaller, and felt pressured to eat quickly so the waiters could reset the table for their next customer. The place wasn’t busy at the time. It was an entirely different atmosphere than I was used to, and I wondered if it didn’t change owners. I don’t think I’ll go back.
I go to Sake just about every week. The servers are so sweet and friendly. I’m a finicky eater, so the sushi chef has always been more than accommodating to make something special that’s not on the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice, it’s trendy, but not stuffy. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates japanese and thai cuisine. Contrary to the info above, they do have outdoor seating.
Went for lunch here one day insted of our usual Thai restaurant. The food was good but not as good as the place we normally frequent. We felt very rushed and could tell our waitress was displeased because we came in half an hour before closing time. She even approached our table half way thru our entrees telling us if we wanted dessert we must order it now. It was hard to enjoy ourselves or our food. I felt it very rude since we were paying customers. Poor unfriendly service and unprofessional behavior. We were out of the place half an hour after we came in. We will not go back.
